Hartford City
Mark H. Love, 66, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 26,
2016 in Muncie.
A life resident of Blackford County, he was born in Hartford
City on December 2, 1949 to Hansel and Elsie (Clamme) Love. Mark graduated from
Hartford City High School in 1968 and attended Purdue University. He was a
member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity at Purdue and was a member of the Purdue
Judging team.
Mark worked with Loveland, Inc. which was his family’s farm
operation south of Hartford City. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting and
was a devout Purdue supporter.
Mark was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Joan Valente and Ann (Phillip)
Gardner, both of Pendleton; aunts and uncles, Louanna Mossburg, Margaret
Denton, Louise Clamme and Don (Marsha) Love.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother,
Les.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016
in Union Cemetery, Eaton with Pastor David Fleener presiding.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 29 in Waters
Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St., Hartford City.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or the Purdue
University School of Agriculture.
