HARTFORD CITY
Beth Seelig, 93, passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at
Westminster Village, Muncie.She was born September 20, 1919 in Ohio City, Ohio, the daughter of Ada and Nellie (Rice) Prichard. She graduated from Ohio City High School and married Harold I. Seelig on August 5, 1940. Beth had resided in Hartford City from 1952 to 1987, moving to Florida and later to Muncie.
A former member of Trinity United Methodist Church, she had
belonged to several bridge and euchre clubs and was an avid golfer. She also
was a volunteer for RSVP for the underpriveledged.
Surviving are: one son, Steven (Diana) Seelig, Hartford City, one grandson, Brian Seelig, two brothers, Doyt
(Jeanette) Prichard, Spencerville, Ohio and Robert Roehn, Delphos, Ohio, one
sister, Phyllis (Fred) Ainsworth, Ohio City, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold,
and three brothers, Paul, Neil and William Prichard.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013
in Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. with Rev. Lloyd Hall officiating.
Private burial will follow.
Friends may call from 10 – 11 a.m. Thursday.
