Genevieve Lee “Dolly” Wesolowski, 82, of Eaton, Indiana, passed
away July 14, 2015 surrounded by her family.
She was born on February 11, 1933 to Joseph and Barbara
Piotrowicz. She loved gardening, cooking
and baking. She especially loved
spending time with her family.
Survivors include her son, Doug (Barb) Wesolowski;
daughters: Rose Marie (Tony) Slack, Teresa (Kent) Hoover, Karen (Jeff) Gill,
and Patty (Rick) Elwell, daughter-in-law, Barbie Wesolowski; a sister, Helen
Enders; brother, Joseph Piotrowicz; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony
“Tony” Wesolowski, her parents, three sisters, four brothers, a son, Joseph
Wesolowski and a granddaughter, Michelle Wesolowski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Dave
Newton at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the St. John the Evangelist
Catholic Church 209 S. Spring St. Hartford City. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday,
July 17, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 to
10:30 A.M. at Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. Hartford City.
A Christian Wake
Service will be held on Friday at the funeral home, starting at 4:00 P.M.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to the
American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.
